There is really almost never a bad way to say "thank you" or to recognize someone for a job well done. (I was going to say there is no way, but I am sure someone can screw it up!:)
Here Jeff Haden tells you a few things he wishes he "would have done." No reason you can't do them today. Really...today.
Making someone feel valued costs you nothing. Make the time and lift someones day by letting them know how they have affected yours!
