Zappos.com has long been a beacon of "customer service done right." They have an enormous focus on culture and taking care of the customer. Zappos is also known for being "a little weird," which is a title that they like.
But this will be interesting. Zappos is about to make a transition to flatten their organization by getting rid of managers. This is not a lay-off. It's a way to take out the hierchy.
I am not sure how I feel about this. What do you think?
